Refunds & Returns Policy

At Light Box Anime Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a generous return policy.

Return Policy:

  • You can return most new, unopened items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).  
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to credit your refund (depending on your bank’s processing times).  
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us through our website. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  • Please note that there are some exceptions to our return policy. These exceptions include:
    • Items that have been opened or used
    • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
    • Items that are custom made or personalized

How to Return an Item:

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through our website to request a return authorization.
  2. We will email you a return shipping label.
  3. Print out the return shipping label and affix it to your package.
  4. Ship the package back to us at the address provided on the return shipping label.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue you a refund within four weeks.
